BeatRise Music ships handcrafted musical instruments worldwide.

Due to the nature of international shipping and made-to-order production, the following shipping and delivery terms apply to all orders placed on the BeatRise Music official website.

1. Order Processing Time

(1) Steel Tongue Drums (In Stock Items)

  • Steel tongue drums are generally in stock and will be processed within 2–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

(2) Handpans & Custom Products

  • Handpans and custom-made products are crafted after an order is placed.
  • Production time: approximately 4–6 weeks.
  • Shipping begins after production is completed.
  • Production times may vary slightly depending on workload and customization details.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse:

  • International shipping typically takes approximately 12–15 days, depending on destination and local logistics conditions
  • Please note that shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or transportation delays beyond our control.
  • BeatRise Music does not guarantee delivery timelines.

3. Shipping Fees

  • We offer free shipping to many regions worldwide.
  • In cases where shipping fees apply, they will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
  • BeatRise Music reserves the right to adjust shipping fees and free-shipping eligibility without prior notice.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customs duties and import taxes are determined by local customs authorities and vary by country.

  • For many destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most EU countries, we are able to arrange tax-included shipping.
  • For some regions, import duties or taxes may still be required and will be charged by local customs or couriers, customers are required to cooperate with customs to complete the customs clearance process and pay taxes and related fees.

If you are unsure whether customs fees apply to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Address Information & Shipping Changes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information (name, address, contact details) is accurate at checkout.
  • Orders cannot be modified once shipped.
  • Address changes after shipment cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
  • We do not support changing the destination country after an order has been shipped.
  • BeatRise Music is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
  • If a PO Box or locker address is provided, we will contact the customer to request an alternative address.
  • If no response is received within 7 days, the order may be canceled and refunded.

7. Shipment Notification & Tracking

  • Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipment notification email containing tracking information.
  • Tracking updates can be viewed via the carrier’s official website.

8. Package Inspection & Delivery Confirmation

  • Due to the value of our instruments, customers are strongly advised to inspect the package upon delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged or deformed, please do not sign for delivery
  • Contact us immediately at service@beatrisemusic.com
  • Once a package is signed for, it is considered accepted in good condition.
  • To protect your rights, we strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video.
  • If any damage or missing items are found, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
  • Without sufficient documentation, BeatRise Music may not be able to process claims related to shipping damage.
